Have the return period and conditions been affected?
Yes, we have extended the return period according to the destination of each purchase:
- National destinations: Orders placed between March 14 and June 21 can be shipped or returned to a store until July 11. From June 22nd, the return period will be of 14 calendar days once again.
- International destinations: We have extended the return period to 30 days since the moment you receive your purchase.
NIGH store return:
Since our NIGH stores of Barcelona and Madrid are temporarily closed, it is not possible to process a return there. However, if you usually process your return in our store in Barcelona or Madrid, you can contact us indicating the order number and "Refund NIGH Madrid" or "Refund NIGH Barcelona" in the subject of your message.
We regret not being able to offer the usual services for security reasons. We will notify our reopening, scheduled for July 7, through the usual communication channels.
When will I get my refund?
Due to the current volume of requests, the processing may take longer than usual. We will do our best to process the refund as soon as possible. You will receive it by the same method of payment you used for the purchase.
