I can't see my order in MyNIGH account, what should I do?
You may have placed your order as a guest and that's why it doesn't appear in your account. Keep in mind that in order to have your orders appear in your purchases' history, you will have to log in to your MyNIGH account first, and place the order only afterwards.
Unfortunately, if you accidentally buy as a guest rather than logging in, we won't be able to link your order with your customer account.
